Visa Requirements for Tourists Travelers

Please send the following:

	A valid passport.
	Complete Online Application.
	1 passport photo, color and 2″ x 2″.
	Notarized Copy of Driver’s License.
	For tourists applicants, copy of itinerary or airline tickets.
	Completed Universal Passports & Visas Order Form

All children 17 and under must travel with legalized minor application forms, 2 Applications, 2 passport quality photos, copy of notarized Birth Certificate and copy of both parent’s notarized Driver’s Licenses. Please follow this link for the latest Brazilian Authorization Form for a minor.

Consulate Fees:

For a U.S. citizen

Tourist: $160 USD + $5 money order fee

Our Fees:

$100 for 21 day processing
$175 rush service for 5 business day processing

Shipping / FedEx Return Fees:

Monday–Friday:
Business $25 / Residential $30
Saturday: $40

	Non-U.S. passport holders must send a copy of your green card or valid U.S. visa with valid I-94 card.
	Fees and processing times for non-U.S. passport holders may vary from the published fees above.
	Please include a Universal Passports & Visas order form to ensure proper handling of your visa request.
